A British Friend's Letter regarding Gaza

Consider the numbers of Palestinians and Arabs vs the numbers of Israelis and Jews

A friend of mine, an artist and spouse of an international forensic accountant, who has lived in various countries but now retired to Britain, had some very personal observations after reading my prior essay, A Brutal and Utilitarian View of Gaza.

I was moved to write my thoughts on the whole issue, as the daughter and grand- daughter of people that lived through the extinction of my father’s entire family during the Holocaust.

The Palestinians are not being deliberately targeted for being Palestinians. Sadly, the innocent children of Gaza have been educated since infancy to consider Jews sub-human and Israel a pariah state, to be exterminated After twenty years of indoctrination I imagine the % of Hamas supporters have grown. Hamas wants as many innocent dead as possible, so while hiding in their tunnels they leave the population exposed. And even though they receive 24-hour warning of an impending strike, they have no shelters, or are prevented from leaving the areas. Israel's response was exactly what Hamas and cohorts wanted. The approbation of the world against Israel. Perhaps they got more than they bargained for.

The day after 0ctober 7th there was rejoicing in the streets of London by young Jihadists, even before Israel responded. Pictures of the hostages are torn down and now the propaganda war is saying the Jews have exaggerated the horror. Jews are being attacked in the streets. Antisemitism is rife worldwide.

Hamas, which is Iran-backed as are all the terrorist groups surrounding Israel have threatened to repeat October the 7th until there is not a Jew left in Israel, and worldwide. Nice neighbors to have.

Jews may be considered the cause of the world threat at the moment. Evil will out whenever it has the chance. Jewish people seem to have the role of being at the fulcrum. I hope the world will act fast before Iran is ready with its nuclear arsenal.

It would be so easy if Hamas were simply a criminal gang, They are an Islamist arm of Iran who have been in power for 20 years, they have been running Gaza since then and all opposition have been systematically murdered.

The settlements and thriving farms and businesses were abandoned when the Israeli government withdrew all Israelis that had settled there. after the territory had been gained in one of the wars of aggression, They were forcibly removed by the Israeli government in 2005.

The Palestinians could have taken everything, but Hamas allowed all the thriving farms and flowers they were exporting to disintegrate. Since the Billions from the Eu and the West have poured into Gaza which could have been used to turn Gaza into a paradise, it has a stretch of beach with the best surfing in the world.

Instead, Hamas has used the money to build tunnels under the length and breadth, also palaces in Qatar and large homes in Gaza. The Palestinians have not benefited. As we now know rockets have been continuously fired at Israel using schools hospitals nurseries etc. as military bases and young children over all these years have been indoctrinated to think of Israelis as sub-human and want nothing more than the total annihilation of Israel. The only civilized country in the entire Middle East their contribution scientifically medically, and culturally for such a tiny country 75 years old has been astonishing.

The countlees peace -deals have ended with more terror. Thank goodness Israel has the Iron dome ,other wise it would have been oblitereated years ago.

This is why the surrounding Arab countries do not want the Palestinians to come even for a short while because they would come in with Hamas.

Israel does what it has to do, and clean out the Hamas threat, Interesting that the civilians do not use the tunnels The are given hours of warning before each air which is unheard of in warfare.

What is so sad the Abrahamic peace accords were about to be ratified Biden was too slow of the mark. Israel would have been at peace with the Arab emirates Jordon Egypt and others. Iran of course did not want ~peace So the atrocities of October 7th were instigated. Israel had no option. Hamas is not only in Gaza. It’s all over there is Hezbollah in the north which is just biding its time. America and the West must act now and thoroughly. To rid the bases in Yemen. The are all Islamist terrorist who if allowed want to dominate the world.

They knew exactly what they were doing. Using the civilians as human shields while they hide in their tunnel like the vermin they are. They want the Palestinians to die so that Israel now is seen as the perpetrator of genocide. (interesting, the word was invented to describe the horrors of the holocaust)

South Africa that is bankrupt has cozied up to Hamas and is being bailed out by Iran backed Hamas to be the big guys taking Israel to the Court of Human Rights. SA, as we know have backed corrupt governments all over Africa. They have forgotten all the left-wing Jews in SA who fought Apartheid and helped them gain their freedom.

Meanwhile Islamism the world over is thriving. London streets are awash, and I believe America and Europe. Israel is really the tip of the iceberg. But of course, the Jews are always to blame.

If someone who vowed to kill you and your family, and all your relatives all over the world, lived on your doorstep, how would you feel? What would you do?
