To Boston University:
Despite your denials publicly, I find on reviewing the published paper regarding your recent combinations of the genetics of two strains of Corona virus to represent actual gain of function studies, and that these were done in an insufficiently safeguarded environment, not a BSL Level 4 lab, considering our prior international experience with Corona virus and the Wuhan Lab. Your researchers apparently misled the NIH/NSAID in the grant proposal, since gain of function studies with this virus, even for use in mice, has been out of bounds by their prior policy statements. I believe that if at all possible your institution and your researchers involved should be sanctioned for violating public policy and faith.
